Fitsteps is a fun dance fitness class based on all your favourite dances from Strictly. Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Tango, American smooth, Salsa, Samba, Viennese Waltz, Paso Doble, Charleston, and Quickstep.

The Story Behind my exercise classes
I am a retired GP and I have always loved exercising to music and dancing. After I retired I decided I wanted to share the joy of getting fit to great music, with fun but simple dance steps, and, most importantly, where you don't need a partner.
I usually do two zoom Fitsteps classes a week, but I am exploring options to start some face to face classes in North Leeds and also in Coastal Northumberland, where my husband and I have a holiday home in the village of Embleton.
Fitsteps is good for Mind, Body and Soul. It works your body and your brain and it makes you feel happy. No one ever comes out of a Fitsteps class feeling more fed up than when they started!
You don't need dance experience, you don't need a partner, you just need to enjoy moving to music. The more you do it, the better you get at the steps and before you know it you are dancing like a Strictly pro!
